Located in East London, this was a back to brick refurbishemnt of a two bedroom house into a four bedroom family home. Needing a full rewire, new plumbing, damp proof tanking on the ground floor plus a complete overhaul of all rooms, we added a double loft dormer and small side return extension to create an open plan family space. Critall style rear doors open onto a newly landscaped garden whilst at the front, the pebbledash was removed to restore and highlight the original victorian features.

Another back to brick refurbishment of a two bedroom victorian terrace in East London. Adding a double dormer loft extension and opening out the ground floor with box beams and a side return extension, we created this open plan, bright, spacious family home. To restore the front we had a new victorian style bay window, lintels and door arch cast with a local stonemason to ensure the details were in keeping with houses on the rest of the street. Finally we removed the pebbledash, repairing and repointing the original bricks underneath to bring this property back to its original form.
